In accordance with the constitution, please find below the agenda for the meeting: 

Agenda 

• Welcome and apologies
• Confirmation of minutes from the previous AGM – hard copies will be made available at the meeting
• Presentation of reports:

            President’s Report 
            Treasurer’s Report (including financial statements) 

• Election of office bearers and committee members (all positions up for nominations including: President, Vice-President, Treasurer, Secretary, and general committee member). Nominations for General Committee Members may be made and accepted at the AGM.
• General Business
• Close of meeting
