2023 Winter Registrations – OPEN

The Adelaide Wildcats Netball Club invites players to register for the 2023 Winter Season.
Come and join the Wildcats family. 🐾

The Club will be holding trials for SENIOR (born 2005 and earlier), INTERMEDIATE (born 2006 and 2007) and JUNIOR (born 2008 and 2009) players for the 2023 Winter Netball Season.

The Club will NOT be holding trials for SUB-JUNIOR (born 2010 and 2011), PRIMARY (born 2012 and 2013) & SUB-Primary (GO) (born 2014 – 31/03/2016) grades – BUT these players WILL BE REQUIRED to attend Squad Training on the below dates/times.

JUNIOR, INTERMEDIATE & SENIOR PLAYERS
The Club will only be holding trials for:
Junior (born 2008 or 2009),
Intermediate (born 2006 or 2007) and
Senior (born 2005 or earlier) players for the 2022/2023 Summer season.
.
Trials for the above age groups will be held on:
Wednesday 7th September 2022 (6:15pm – 8:30pm) &
Sunday 11th September 2022 (9am – 11:30am).
.
Trials will be held at our courts on York Ave, Clovelly Park.
.
Attendance at trials for these grades is COMPULSORY to ensure team selection is
made based on a player’s ability. Final selection will be made based on the ability
of players as demonstrated at trials, with past experience being taken into some
consideration if required.
.
Selections will be advised via email to the email address provided at registration.
.
Players who do not/can not attend trials* cannot be guaranteed a place in a team,
or in a grade that is of a standard appropriate to their ability.
*Medical inability to trial will require a Dr Certificate or proof of Covid Positive result.
.
SUB-JUNIOR, PRIMARY & SUB-PRIMAY (GO) PLAYERS
Sub Junior (born 2010 or 2011),
Primary (born 2013 or 2012) and
Sub-Primary (Go) (born 2014 and before 20 Oct 2015) players will NOT
be required to trial.
.
Team selection in these age groups will be made based on player’s past netball history, feedback from coaches, and a balance of court positions.
.
Consideration will also be given to playing with friends. If your child would like to play with friends or previous team-mates and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that the club will require a parent to coach in these age groups.
.
To have the opportunity to be placed in a team you will need to register and pay
full fees by Sunday 4th September 2022.
.
